This textbook was prepared by the copyright team of the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov on the basis of the program of civil law, which has developed by him, complies with the state educational standard of higher legal education according to undergraduate. The textbook consists of four volumes, the content of each of which corresponds to the educational material studied during one of the four semesters, traditionally diverted by the educational standard and the curriculum to study the course of civil law in a legal university.
In the present, fourth, volume of the textbook, the presentation of certain types of civil law obligations is completed. It highlights obligations for the work and the provision of actual, legal (intermediary) and financial services, obligations arising from contracts for the creation and (or) the use of the results of creative activities and other objects of intellectual rights, from multilateral agreements and from one -way actions, and non -contractual agreements obligations arising from damage and from unjust enrichment.
The textbook content takes into account changes in the current civil law and the practice of its application as of January 1, 2020, including the results of the reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, carried out in 2012–2017. It uses a wide range of modern and classical domestic and foreign literature on civil law. Each chapter ends with a list of additional literature recommended for an in -depth study of the corresponding topic of civil law.
For students of the undergraduate of law universities and faculties. The textbook can also be used by persons studying in the magistracy and graduate school in the programs and areas of civil law profile, university teachers of civil law and practicing lawyers.
