This textbook was prepared as part of the training course “Civil Law of Russia: a special part” and covers the issues of legal regulation of relations arising from civil law contracts. The content of the textbook is based on the traditional understanding of the system of civil law contracts and the sequence of their study adopted in the science of civil law. The textbook is written taking into account changes in civil law, entering into force on 1.06.2018.
