This textbook was prepared by the author’s team uniting teachers of a number of leading higher educational institutions, based on the discipline of civil law (part one) that they have developed by the federal state educational standard of higher education in the field of training "jurisprudence" (qualification of the "bachelor ”) The textbook covers the general provisions of civil law, ownership and other property rights, a common part of obligatory law, including general provisions on obligations and agreement.
The textbook is written on the basis of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, other regulatory legal acts with a wide involvement of judicial practice and special literature. In the process of preparing the textbook, regulatory legal acts were used as of December 1, 2017. Section III "ownership and other property rights", in addition to the analysis of current legislation, reflects the novels contained in the draft Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The presentation of educational material is made taking into account the achievements of the science of civil law. The appeal to theoretical problems of civilism is especially relevant in the light of the currently carried out in the Russian Federation of civil law reforms.
