Citizens and legal entities acquire and exercise their civil rights with their will and in their interest. They are free to establish their rights and obligations on the basis of a contract and in determining any terms of the contract that do not contradict the legislation.
Civil rights can be limited on the basis of federal law and only to the extent that it is necessary in order to protect the foundations of the constitutional system, morality, health, rights and legitimate interests of others, ensuring the defense of the country and the security of the state.
When establishing, exercising and protecting civil rights and in the performance of civil duties, participants in civil relations must act in good faith.
No one has the right to extract an advantage from their illegal or unfair behavior.
Products, services and financial resources are freely moved throughout the Russian Federation.
