This publication is a complete edition of the English text of all four parts of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation as of November 1, 2019. A distinctive feature of this translation of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is that it was performed by the authors who directly participated in the work of the draft of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the concept of development civil legislation of the Russian Federation at the research center of private law, one of which acted as a foreign consultant, and the other was a member of the working groups for the preparation and improvement of section VI of the third Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
