The work is a postal scientific and practical commentary on the part of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The authors of this commentary, having analyzed the provisions of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, other federal laws in the field of regulation of civil relations, as well as judicial practice, revealed some problems and taking into account the legal positions of the European Court of Human Rights, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Supreme The courts of the Russian Federation, the Moscow City Court and other courts of the Russian Federation gave recommendations for their permission.
The authors hope that this work will assist not only in the correct interpretation of the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, but also their uniform application.
