Federal laws of December 6, 2021 No. 402-ФЗ and dated December 21, 2021 No. 430-ФЗ, significant changes and additions were made to the text of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Code is also supplemented by two new chapters: 6.1 "Imolo" and 17.1 "" Rights of ownership and other property rights to buildings, structures, objects of incomplete construction, premises and parking spaces" (enter into force on March 1, 2023 G), also amended article 189 "consequences of the termination of the power of attorney".
The publication provides texts of articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the new edition, as well as comments on them
