The textbook “Civil and trade law of foreign states” in two volumes covers the main institutions of civil and trade law. Tom 1 “General Part” sets out sources of regulation and institutions of foreign civil and trade law related to the general part of private law - subjects, legal status of a merchant, property law, general provisions on obligations. In volume 2 “Special Part”, certain types of contracts, regulation of competitive activity, family, inheritance law, the rights to the results of intellectual activity and equated means of individualization are considered.
