The monograph is a private view of the problems currently in the field of registration of acts of civil status in the broad understanding of this legal phenomenon. Acts of civil status have a complex legal nature that is not sufficiently investigated in modern science of civil and family law. However, today there has not been a single approach to this issue, which forces the author to explore this issue at the doctrinal level. The insufficiency of studies of acts of civil status, the increase in incident in the law enforcement activities of the registry office, the ambiguity of the interpretation of norms by courts allow us to conclude that the relevance of this scientific research.
