The first chapter of this book explains the characteristics of modern terrorism and the ways of its development. The second chapter mainly presents the process of international anti -terrorism cooperation with three sections - the status and role of the United Nations in International Anti -Terrorism Cooperation, the anti -terrorism cooperation of regional international organizations and bilateral anti -terrorism cooperation. The third chapter analyzes the paradoxical cycle: efforts to combat terrorism increase and at the same time increase terrorist activity.
