The book explores the issues of epistemology of criminal policy in the field of competition. The twenty -year practice of the fight against anti -competitive crime is evaluated. The problem of the "asymmetry" of antimonopoly prohibitions in the Russian competitive (antimonopoly) legislation and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation has been considered. The classification of crimes committed in the field of competition is proposed. The problem of the applicability of the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime is highlighted for the purposes of fighting cartels in Russia and other EAEU members. Proposals for amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union were formulated in order to conclude an anti -core convention of the EAEU as an open international treaty. General and special measures have been identified to improve the policy of combating anti -competitive crime in Russia.
