The legal nature of budget control in the Russian Federation is revealed on the basis of general theoretical representations and regulatory legal acts. Particular attention is paid to the budgetary authority of the bodies of internal and external state (municipal) control, and the procedure for conducting intra-decrees of budget control was also considered.
