Breakthrough technologies for financing healthcare, pension provision, and the economy of Russia

In the monograph using the experience of Singapore, the USA, China and South Africa, breakthrough technologies for financing healthcare and pension support of Russian citizens, according to which the enterprises will have to transfer social payments not to the Fund for Mandatory Medical Insurance and the Pension Fund, but to Medical Exceptive Accounts and Personified Pension accounts of citizens working in these enterprises. Modeling was carried out showing the accumulation of funds for medical and pension support of groups of citizens with various cash income. The advantages of the new technology proposed by the authors of the existing procedure for financing medical services and pension provisions are clearly shown and illustrated and illustrated.
In relation to the financing of health and pension provision, it is shown that all goods and services are produced and are provided in any state by working citizens, and budgets of all levels are also filled with them. In this regard, the main breakthrough task of developing the Russian economy is to maximize the motivation of working citizens to highly effective work. Examples showed that the tools for solving this problem are the progressive wage system and the direction of some funds earned by working citizens for technical and technological modernization of their jobs.
