This collection is the third edition of the encyclopedia and contains all the practice in bankruptcy of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation for five and a half years, i.e. From 2014 to mid -2019, compared with the second issue, the number of processed judicial acts increased by 40% and now amounts to 600 against 441 acts analyzed earlier. The collection will help to solve many multidirectional tasks in the field of bankruptcy law: to understand the general position on a specific legal problem, to identify the practice of similar actual circumstances, to choose a list of judicial acts for an interest in the area, to understand the submission of specific judges on the asked issue. All these tasks can be solved, as before, with the help of several alternative signs. The results obtained can be applied accordingly in the procedural documents (statements, petitions, reviews, complaints, draft judicial acts, etc), in the bill work (changes in bankruptcy legislation), in scientific activity (dissertation, article, etc. )
