Banking law. Textbook for bachelors

The proposed textbook sets out all the topics of the course "Banking Law", which is taught at the Moscow State University of Law named after O. E. Kutafina (Moscow State University) The chapters of the textbook are devoted to the main issues of creating and the functioning of the banking system of the Russian Federation and the procedure for the implementation of banking operations. The authors of the course paid special attention not only to the main theoretical problems of the industry, but also the most pressing issues of law enforcement practice.
