Artificial intelligence in law

The development of “through” digital technology of artificial intelligence is one of the priorities of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation in the coming decades. Already now she finds application in various branches of knowledge. Of particular importance are studies of artificial intelligence from the point of view of law, since the institutionalization of this technology is its legal mediation, the definition of legal status.
The manual explores the concept and main characteristics of artificial intelligence, developed by the domestic and foreign doctrine and in many ways ahead of its legal interpretations. Based on the analysis of Russian, foreign and international legal and software acts in the field of digitalization, a model of legal regulation of artificial intelligence is built, the problems of its legal personality in the context of the transition to the sixth technological structure are designated. The isolation of the category of artificial legal intelligence is substantiated, the advantages and risks of its application in the legal sphere, in particular, in law -making and law enforcement activities, are evaluated. The significance of artificial intelligence is revealed and its potential is indicated in overcoming the global challenges of modernity (economic, social, epidemiological, cultural, etc).
