Artificial intelligence has already firmly entered our lives, but for many, its use still seems to be the destiny of the elect. The author refutes this myth and provides the reader with a step -by -step description of the implementation in Excel programs and R algorithms of machine and deep learning, regression and clustering, correlation and dispersion analysis with regard to forensic study of criminal acts. Special attention is paid to exploratory analysis of data, methods of working with geographical coordinates and time information. The advantage of the book is a combination of the theory of mathematical statistics and machine learning in a volume sufficient to understand the essence of the methods realized, and ready -made applied solutions that can be used both in scientific research and in the practice of investigating crimes.
