The monograph examines the criminal law and criminological aspects of the use of artificial intelligence for criminal purposes. Particular attention is paid to the problem of regulating the legal personality of artificial intelligence as fundamental in the issue of distinguishing between liability.
In the study, the results of a comprehensive theoretical and applied analysis of the main modern doctrines devoted to the regulation of artificial intelligence and robotics are reflected. The results of a comparative legal analysis of international legislation are presented, aimed at minimizing criminological risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence, and theses of key summons of leading international organizations.
