This monograph is the first comprehensive study in the Russian Federation to protect competition in a digital economy. The work considers the general issues of the relationship of the state innovative and competitive policy, the current problems are investigated related to the definition of a dominant situation, the assessment of economic concentration, the identification and suppression of cartels in the context of a digital economy, and the stimulation of competition in the field of intellectual property.
