The textbook is devoted to anthropology of law (legal anthropology), a relatively young branch of legal science at the junction of history, theory of law, ethnology, bioprava. The subject and method of anthropology of law are highlighted, its evolution as a scientific industry and academic discipline, individual sections are devoted to the formation of human legal being, the characteristics of the legal status of personality in traditional societies (Hinduism, Confucianism, Islam), in the system of European law, as well as in international legal legal measurement. Particular attention is paid to the legal problems that arise in connection with new phenomena in family life, the biological being of a modern person.
