The proposed work is a comprehensive, full and detailed study of the institutions and norms of the trust law of England, the USA and other common law countries, as well as that part of the right of ownership and inheritance and process that are directly related to the trusts. In addition to legislation, an extensive precedent practice is given. All institutions are considered in evolutionary and in connection with their origin and development in general law and justice, and a number of institutions are compared to Romano -German, including Russian ones.
The publication is distinguished by the depth of analysis of the history, current state and trends in the development of legislation and the practice of its application, a combination of the use of methods of comparative law and "immersion" into the law under study.

The work is intended for teachers, graduate students and students of law universities practicing lawyers, as well as all those interested in Anglo-American law and comparative law.
