The monograph is a comprehensive study of the actual practice of resolving cases on determining the place of residence of children, the procedure for communicating with them separately living parents and other relatives, restricting and deprivation of parental rights, on the departure of children beyond the borders of the Russian Federation and returning within the framework of the civil law aspects of the international abduction of children in 1980, convention on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and fulfillment and cooperation regarding parental responsibility and measures to protect children in 1996.
