The textbook is devoted to the consideration of the general issues of the concept of alternative procedures for resolving economic disputes and its implementation within the framework of the domestic legal system. Due to the specifics of the course, the textbook considers not only the institutional institutions, but also the institutions of substantive law, taking into account the latest changes in the current Russian legislation and the practice of its implementation.
