Agreements on the creation of the results of intellectual activity and the disposal of exclusive rights

The proposed educational and practical manual discusses the main issues of legal regulation of contractual relations in the field of intellectual property. This guide includes the main text, divided into topics, starting with the general characteristics of obligation to intellectual property and ending with certain types and subspecies of agreements on the creation of the results of intellectual activity and the disposal of exclusive rights, as well as issues to each topic, tests, incident. Particular attention is paid to the issues of law enforcement on intellectual rights in the field in question. At the end, a list of control issues and a list of the recommended literature is proposed.
