The book presents the concept of a procedural agreement and its incorporation into existing legal reality. The theoretical foundations and development prospects of the Institute of Procedure Agreements, the essential features of such agreements are considered. The author is highlighted by procedural agreements on choosing a form of protection of law (judicial, extrajudicial jurisdictional, extrajudicial non -legal) and to determine the procedure for settlement and (or) resolution of the future or a legal dispute.
