This book combines the work of graduates of the Russian School of Private Law of different years (from 2010 to 2017), selected according to the thematic principle. The first volume is devoted to the problems of the common part of obligation, the second - a special part. The submitted articles are based on the master"s dissertations of the authors and relate to the types of obligations, their interpretation and fulfillment, security and liability for improper performance, various agreements (agent, leasing, insurance, etc), as well as tort obligations. Almost all work was updated at the time of the release of this collection and take into account the latest publications and judicial practice. The themes of articles are extremely relevant. Many of them are unique studies of the selected problems and are published for the first time.
