The book contains a comparative analysis of administrative responsibility in Germany. Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and Russia. The basis of the study in the historically related legal tradition of European countries is legal acts that establish administrative liability for offenses. Particular attention is paid to modern German experience. The tendency to instruct the legal institution of administrative responsibility, expressed in the systematization of administrative sanctions, unification of procedural norms, as well as in -depth differentiation of sanctions in the particularly sensitive areas of life, has been identified. The analysis can contribute to the development of contractual relations on legal assistance between countries.
