The book discusses the establishment of administrative proceedings in Russia, the modern period of development of proceedings arising from administrative and other public relations in the framework of the arbitration process is investigated, and the conditions for improving administrative proceedings on economic disputes are evaluated.
Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the system of factors that contribute to the sustainable development of administrative proceedings on economic disputes. The value of legal monitoring in the development of the main provisions of domestic state-legal policy in the field of administrative proceedings is evaluated. The author studied the role of judicial practice in the promising development of administrative legal proceedings on economic disputes. In addition, the monographs have studied legal conditions for the unification of procedural legislation and the directions of improving procedural legislation are determined on the basis of the theoretical model of administrative proceedings developed by the author.
