The history of the legislation of the Republic of Serbia on administrative justice has more than 150 years. Many achievements of Russia in the field of protecting the rights of citizens from unlawful actions and decisions of state authorities and their officials of the late 80s and early 90s. XX century. They were known to the legal system of Yugoslavia back in the 60s. last century. In this regard, the study of the administrative proceedings of the Republic of Serbia can be useful both from a theoretical and practical point of view.
The first chapter of the book is devoted to the historical comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Serbia on administrative proceedings, the second chapter is the current state and prospects for its development. In the application, the reader proposed a translation of the full text of the current Law of the Republic of Serbia in actual condition as of August 15, 2021
