This manual is a textbook, including the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, as well as judicial practice reflecting the specifics of the application of administrative legislation.
The book contains sources in accordance with the structure of the Code of Administrative proceedings of the Russian Federation: general provisions, measures of procedural coercion, general rules for the proceedings in the court of first instance, features of proceedings for certain categories of administrative cases, simplified (written) proceedings for administrative cases. In connection with the formation of the appeal and cassation courts of general jurisdiction and a change in the procedure for revising court decisions in the textbook, sources related to the revision and execution of judicial acts are not included.
The legislation is given as of May 1, 2019
