The workshop was prepared in accordance with the program of the educational discipline Administrative Law of Russia of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov and is aimed at the formation of skills to use regulatory legal acts that regulate relations that form the subject of administrative law.
Topics of the workshop cover the main sections of the general part of the academic discipline “Administrative Law of Russia”, including the essence of the executive branch and its ratio with public administration, the subject and method of administrative law, administrative law, subjects of administrative law, acts of executive authorities, administrative Responsibility, control and supervision in the field of public administration.
The legislation is given as of March 1, 2022
The workshop is intended for students, graduate students, teachers of law universities and university faculties, which provide for the study of administrative law of the Russian Federation. It can also be recommended by state and municipal employees, officials of state authorities and local self -government, law enforcement officers, all persons interested in administrative law
