The textbook was written by teachers of the Department of Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University M.V. Lomonosov in accordance with the curriculum of the course Administrative Law. In it, on the basis of the provisions of the current Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993, the current Russian legislation, taking into account the achievements of the science of administrative law, the main institutions of the general part are highlighted, as well as a special part of administrative law, including the fundamentals of administrative and legal regulation of organization and management in economic, socio-cultural and administrative-political spheres in modern conditions. Some general issues of administrative and legal support of the organization of public administration as a methodological prerequisite for its analysis in intersectoral, industry and other aspects, in emergency conditions are considered here.
