The work analyzes the concept of "corruption", and measures to counteract this phenomenon are considered. The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation is considered, which approved a national plan for countering corruption, which gave a new impetus to develop legal mechanisms for eradicating this negative phenomenon, legislative acts aimed at combating corruption in the field of executive branch, a comparative analysis of the Russian regulatory framework with legislative acts of advice is carried out Europe. A detailed legal analysis of legal norms contained in legislative acts aimed at ensuring control over the declension of the state is also carried out. employees to commit corruption offenses, during the analysis, recommendations are given to improve the current legislation in this area and overcome the spaces of existing in it. The work considers the mechanisms of resolving the conflict of interests in the state and municipal service as a measure counteracting the commission of corruption offenses, the normative material in this area is analyzed and proposals are made on the legislative execution of changes proposed by the authors. A significant part of the work is devoted to one of the basic anti -corruption duties of civil servants to provide information on income and property, a study of the norms of the Federal Law on the Fundamentals of the State Civil Service is carried out, proposals are also given to improve this control mechanism.
