The monograph is a logical result of the continuation of the author of issues related to drug trafficking and drug consumption.
It discusses the basic measures of administrative and legal counteracting offenses expressed in the promotion of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, precursors, plants and their parts containing drugs, new potentially dangerous psychoactive and stupid substances (including nitrogen oxide) The main attention is drawn to the goals and content of the appropriate administrative-legal activity of officials of the executive authorities, other state bodies. The study of the problems of counteracting drug promotion is also carried out on the legal and analytical material of the United States, individual countries of Europe and Asia.
The legal form of decisions of the complex of problems identified in the studied area is presented in the form of an author"s bill.
For teachers of higher education, graduate students (adjuncts) and students, cadets, students of law faculties, employees and employees of state bodies practicing lawyers and all those who are interested in the stated problems.
