The textbook is one of the few works that orientes students and undergraduates in vast material devoted to the administrative and legal status of organizations endowed with state powers. First of all, the manual is designed to ensure the needs of students to study this discipline within the framework of an independent form of organization of the educational process provided for by the educational standard.
