Administrative and legal measures to counteract the illegal circulation of precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic

In the monograph, an attempt is made to streamline knowledge about administrative and legal measures implemented in order to counteract the illegal turnover of precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as plants and their parts containing drugs. The features and problems of establishing administrative warning, suppression, procedural support and administrative responsibility applied to the subjects of the illegal turnover of precursors are revealed.
Theoretical conclusions and practical solutions set forth in a monographic study can contribute to the improvement of the legal regulation of administrative procedures and the production of illegal trafficking of drugs and law enforcement practice in this area as a whole.
