The scientific monograph aims to determine the legal foundations of the administrative activity of the Federal Bailiff Service in the context of the implemented reform and state program Justice. The task of these changes is both an administrative strengthening of the bailiff service in connection with their transfer to the category of federal employees and the expansion of authority, and a change in their social guarantees. Widespread process automation and the development of interdepartmental interaction will make it possible to strengthen the FSSP position and make enforcement proceedings more effective.
Independent objects of the study are discussion issues of compulsory hospitalization by bailiffs of patients with tuberculosis and mentally ill as part of the protection of constitutional rights of citizens.
