This monograph is devoted to the issues of coordinating the conditions of typical agreements of the International Federation of Consultant Engineers (FIDIC) with Russian civil law standards to ensure their execution during regulation of activities for the implementation of investment and construction projects in Russia. Typical agreements are analyzed through the prism of categories of civil law, the general theory of law, and project management. The process of adaptation of typical contracts to Russian civil law is considered as a coordination of the content of legal and non -legal social norms - the rules for managing projects set forth in the form of typical contracts. The main content of the work is a description of the course and results of a comparative legal analysis of the terms of three standard FIDIC contracts, introduced into circulation in 2017-2019, and the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the study, the author proposed decisions on the adaptation of standard contracts to Russian civil law.
Normative acts are given as of September 1, 2020
