The monograph considers modern problems of the theory and practice of the land law of Russia. The authors study the acquisition and termination of ownership of land, the maintenance of the land function of the modern state, the problem of responsibility for land offenses, the legal regime of certain categories of land. The monograph for the first time posed a number of new issues of the theory of land law, including the categories of “land law”, “the effectiveness of land legislation”, and the prospects of creating land courts in Russia were revealed. Normative acts in the monograph are presented as of November 1, 2019.
