The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the most urgent problems of the modern hereditary law of Russia. The issues of electronic accounting of wills, surrogate motherhood, auxiliary reproductive technologies that have been widely developed at the beginning of the 20th century, which were especially acutely posed by the problem of gradation of blood and social kinship for hereditary law, are considered, specific legislative amendments were proposed in connection with the arising conflicts. The problem of posthumous donation is considered as part of a comparative legal analysis on the example of Western countries
