Today, the role of law in society is great and significant than ever. More importantly, the professionalism of lawyers, and the legal culture of citizens and officials, and the proper scientific justification of the ongoing processes and adopted laws. In this monograph, an attempt was made to scientifically understand the current aspects of the development of modern Russian law and its problem areas. The main attention is paid to the theoretical foundations of the private and public law of Russia, intersectoral issues. The authors explore a number of important legal institutions and legal phenomena, as well as the features of their manifestation in the modern Russian legal system.
