The monographs reveal urgent problems and trends in the development of inheritance law in the legislation of foreign states (USA, Argentina, Great Britain, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Croatia), as well as in countries - members of the EAEU. The advanced national practices of the application of the inheritance legislation of foreign states, regional unions are necessary for understanding modern legal processes in the field of inheritance law as a whole. The study of such experience is of interest to Russian experts in connection with the implementation of inheritance law reform and global changes in legislation.
