The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the field of preparation 030900 "Jurisprudence" (qualification (degree) - "Master").
A textbook contains an analysis of urgent problems of criminal law (general part) Structurally divided into chapters on topics (starting with the topic "crime"), corresponding to the training course "Criminal Law. General part ", to chapter 8 of the Criminal Code inclusive. At the end of each topic, a brief task is given for the independent work of the student. Actual problems of criminal law related to the sentence are not considered in the manual, since the issues of sentencing are studied as part of an independent course.
The work analyzes the legislation, law enforcement practice, scientific concepts, and the athernative options for solving difficult practical problems are proposed.
Normative legal acts and judicial practice are given as of August 1, 2013
The manual is intended for students of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University), but can be used by graduate students, teachers of legal educational institutions, as well as scientific and practical workers
