The book conducted a detailed study of the concept of abuse (including abuse of law) in the plane of bankrupt relations. An independent form of unscrupulous behavior was proposed - abuse of insolvency (bankruptcy), the specifics of this form of unscrupulous behavior and its distinctive features of other forms directly named in Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation were revealed. Based on the analysis of judicial practice, a typology of abuse was proposed, both in the framework of the initiated case of insolvency and at the stage of initiating this procedure.
