On the international medical cluster and amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation. Scientific and practical commentary on the Federal Law of June 29, 2015 No. 160-ФЗ
The book analyzes the legal regulation that has developed in connection with the creation and functioning of the International Medical Closter, including by -laws, regulatory legal acts that ensure the implementation of the norms of the commented federal law. The systemic relationship of the norms of this legislative act and other regulatory legal acts, as well as the features of their application on the territory of the cluster, revealed problems of law enforcement practice.
The legislation is given as of December 1, 2021
