This book is a collection of essays on the problems of arbitration proceedings and methods of protecting civil rights that regularly arise in the practical activities of lawyers representing in arbitration courts the interests of their principals (both customers and employers)
The authors of the essays consider the problems of the arbitration process as a system of substantive laws and proceedings. This approach allows us to consider issues of the process and methods of protection not separately from each other, but in aggregate. As a result, despite the fact that the collection is formally consists of two sections, namely "procedural issues of arbitration proceedings" and "issues of protecting the rights of the part of arbitration proceedings", nevertheless, questions are posed in each essay and answers are proposed that are directly important for both procedural, and for substantive law.
Essays on the collection have a practical, not scientific nature, although it is not rarely that the authors pose theoretical problems with the analysis and the proposal of their solution.
The collection is intended for judges, lawyers involved in judicial pre-pest work, teachers, graduate students and students of law universities, as well as for all those who for some reason will be in the arbitration court
