The proposed scientific publication was prepared by the Higher School of Law of the IGSU RANEPAS under the President of the Russian Federation following the work of the conference "Constitution of 1993: the call of Russia and the image of the future", which was on December 5, 2018 and dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, and the special section "New stage of the forensic Reforms: constitutional opportunities and challenges" conducted with the support of the Association of Russian Lawyers. The collective monograph presents studies of well -known scientists, judges, including in honorary resignation, lawyers, corporate lawyers, as well as those who take the first steps in the legal career and science of the civilistic process, choosing a difficult path of serving justice and science.
