The submitted textbook corresponds to the curriculum of the civil law course and is written by authors in the traditional academic style, in which all sections and institutions of civil law are detailed and systematically revealed, taking into account the doctrinal conclusions of the classics of Russian civilics, now alive modern scientists, as well as opinions and judgments of practicing specialists in The sphere of civilics.
When covering and revealing each topic and paragraph of the training manual, the authors applied an integrated approach, harmoniously combining theoretical conclusions with practical examples based on the provisions of civil law norms, reflecting modern trends in civil law development.
