This collection includes the current decisions of the plenums of the Supreme Courts of the USSR, the RSFSR and the Russian Federation, adopted on the practice of the application of criminal and criminal procedure legislation.
The first section of the collection is devoted to criminal law, the second - issues of criminal procedure law. However, such a division is conditional in nature, since in many decisions the Plenum of the Supreme Court gives clarifications on the application of both criminal and criminal-executive and criminal procedure law.
The collection includes decisions adopted before June 1, 2018.
The publication is intended for employees of the court, law enforcement agencies, lawyers, practicing lawyers, students, graduate students and teachers of legal educational institutions.
