Management is based on many years of experience and the latest achievements in the field of low-intensity laser radiation (NIL) for complex therapy and the prevention of the most common diseases in children and adolescents. The existing theories are critically analyzed and an integrated point of view on therapeutic and biological mechanisms of the Nili-impact on pathologically changed structures and the system of the patient organism is presented. The strict need for the ethalation of laser therapy and prevention (NILT and NILP) with combined use of red, infrared spectral ranges and in combination with a constant magnetic field (KMLT and KMLP) are substantiated. For each nosology, algorithms and regimes of therapeutic sessions are recommended, as well as coursework and KMLP. The technologies of personalized techniques for selecting procedural and course modes are formulated. Domestic laser equipment is presented, licensed by the Ministry of Health of Russia and well-proven in clinical and outpatient conditions.
